Beta 3 is the build that came out just a couple months before the total game came out. It is the tenth and last early admission build of Hello Neighbour.
Unlike Beta 1 and 2, Beta 3 is much more than refined. Many rooms now look different. The business firm has 8 floors and 20 rooms (in the total game, in Deed iii - 24 rooms). The windmill has been changed too.
Changes
- Many rooms look dissimilar.
- The generator at the railroad train stop is now moved behind a gate.
- The basement at present has a slightly different design. The Affair replaced the Neighbor in there.
- The train speed is reduced.
- Fear Factory is completely removed and the super throw has get the default ability.
- A new boss battle has been added. This is the boxing with the Giant Neighbour. The Affair boxing wasn't introduced until the full game.
- At that place are new rooms: birthday room, a room with a cake by the train tracks, and a CCTV room.
- Added a new puzzle: birthday room block/mannequins puzzle. It rewards the player with the toy rifle.
- The elevator ladder is at present separated into three ladders instead of ane.
- Now all of the objects are in the new art way.
- The texture is now stock-still and added.
- There are trees where the windmill is. The player must shrink them with the blood-red gramophone or climb over them.
Trivia
- Beta 3 is very similar to Human activity 3.
- The same introduction cutscene was used from Beta 1 and 2 where Nicky Roth drives to a house.
