  • Install in horizontal pipework with the discharge valve downwards
  • Ensure skillful access Simplifies maintenance and inspection
  • In order to avoid flooding, information technology is recommended to arrange a permanent, professionally dimensioned wastewater connectedness
  • The installation environment should be protected against frost and ventilated well
  • Install discharge pipework which has acceptable capacity
  • These armatures need to be maintained regularly
Associates in  structions
  1. Thoroughly flush pipework
  2. Ensure that connections on back flow preventer are make clean
  3. Install backflow preventer
  4. Install in horizontal pipework with discharge connection directed down
    ● Notation menstruation management (indicated by arrow)
    ● Install without tension or bending stresses
  5. Provide a straight section of pipework of at to the lowest degree five times the nominal valve size after the backflow preventer
  6. Maintain assembly distances
  7. Load the middle screw only in axial direction
  8. Connect discharge pipework close coupled and without tight bends according to connexion dimensions (see tabular array)
  9. Install discharge pipework in such a way that the belch connection and the discharge valve can exist removed for inspection

Testing discharge valve

Notice-icon.png Take note of the instructions of the test control unit TKA295

  1. Procedure according to instruction of the examination control unit TKA295
Quick test for the belch valve:
  • Lower the inlet pressure
    – if the belch valve opens (it drops), the function is o.chiliad.

Testing outlet check valve

Detergents must not be immune to enter the environment or the sewerage system!

Discharge valve

  1. Close shut-off valve on inlet
  2. Close close off valve on outlet
  3. Release force per unit area using the 3 ball valves
  4. Unscrew pressure level command line
  5. Open screws on the chapeau
  6. Remove cover
  7. Push clench together and remove
  8. Remove discharge valve upwards
    ● Clean or replace equally required
  9. Grease O-rings for drinking water installation well with admissible greasing agent, supplant damaged O-rings

  11. Exam function (see 5.i Inspection)

Check valve

  1. Close shut-off valve on inlet
  2. Close shut-off valve on outlet
  3. Release pressure using the three brawl valves
  4. Open screws on the lid
  5. Remove cover
  6. Push button clamp together and remove
  7. Twist securing ring out of the receiving slot
    Warning-icon.png Circumspection!
