How To Repair A Logitech Performance Mx

Neither do I know if this will break later a month (spray paint coming off).

And then recently some paint on the left side of my performance MX mouse started pealing off and since i don't have warranty left i decided to repaint it using spray pigment that slice.

So I thaught I would mail a tutorial for anyone with the same problem!

1: Start by removing the friction reducing pads on the bottom of the mouse, think to exist careful as these are reapplied later!

2: Under them y'all should find screws, if you don't find them they may be under some newspaper and so poke a hole with your screwdriver and unscrew all 4 screws on the lesser.

3: Once all screws are off, you should be able to lift off the entire embrace, there is a clip on the left side only simply pull a chip and it'll release.

4: Unplug this cablevision, located on the lower left side of themouse PCB side by side to the battery, it requires a slight amount of force so don't worry.

5: at present that the comprehend is removed, put aside the main part and unscrew these screws from the cover.

6: The left side should now pop off completely, remove these somply remove every spiral on thes slice as that is needed.

7: You should see little holes with what looks like blue plugs on pinnacle, that is glue to forestall people from doing this, simply remove all the blue stuff and if you removed all the screws this piece should pop off except yours will take a chrome finish.

viii: paint the part with spray paint, I recommend as well using a articulate coat since it'll hold up a lot better with fourth dimension.

9: to gather it, do all the same steps but reversed, every bit for putting the feet back on, use some mucilage or double sided tape.
